This is my first time running the London Marathon and I am looking forward to it immensely.

I have been running for the TV Times Charity Team/Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research for a few years now and have said for a long time that I would run the marathon but hadn't made up my mind what year I would do it! I have finally settled on 2011!!!

Research is something that is very important to me, as after my own health issues and friends and family, we would have never got the execllent treatment we received had it not been for Medical Research.

So please spare what you can and allow the research to continue and make a difference to someone's life.
