Story

We will be meeting after the walk between 12.30 and 1pm at the letter M in the meeting area on Sunday for those of you who are coming to support me. Bring a picnic and a bottle of plonk to drink in remembrance of Mark. Hope to see you all there on the day.

As you may be aware I lost my brother Mark 6 years ago due to complications related to Colitis. I am raising money for the Crohn's and Colitis charity as a way of remembering Mark and donating money for  a worthwhile cause. To do this I am taking part in the womens 5k challenge in Hyde Park on Sunday 5th September. I will of course be walking  as i don't think i could manage it running. I will however be in training from now until the day and will keep you posted on my training schedule. I would also welcome supporters on the day, bring a picnic and a bottle of something bubbly to drink a toast in rememberance.
