I am taking on the Costain 24/7 Dog walking challenge to raise awareness and vital funds for a charity that is close to my heart.

Cooper is joining me on this challenge - he deserves some extra long walks for always been by my side.

He's so good for my mental health and he instinctively knows when others in the family just need a snuggle,  so together we are going to walk for those who need someone to talk to when things get tough.

I know that times are hard right now and money is tight, but I would be grateful for as much or as little as you can spare.. after all, a dripping tap fills a bath!!
