I have seen how amazing St John Ambulance are when a good friend had an asthma attack during a half-marathon and if it had not been for the professionalism of the team at the event, giving her the treatment needed immediately, she may have had serious and long term health issues. She is back running and supporting Oliver and me in our marathon challenge.
