My dear friend Denise lost her battle with cancer in July, this has got me thinking that life is for living as you never know what is around the corner and has prompted me to challenge myself and get well out of my comfort zone. The challenge I have set is to skydive from 10,000 ft in honour of Denise and to also raise funds for Cancer research in the process.

For those who knew Denise she was a great friend and a truly inspirational woman and for those who know me this is not something that will be easy for me so it would be greatly appreciated if you could donate what you can to this worthy cause.
