I'm running the Great South Run 2009 for the RSCPA in Stubbington. This great charity helps to shelter all manner of animals, domestic and wildlife, and there are usually more than 600 animals on site at any one time.  They have to raise over £2,000 per day to keep the shelter running and consequently at times funds can be extremely limited.

So for 10 miles of sheer slog, please dig deep and help me raise money for a good cause.
