About Time is Precious ❤️

Time is Precious is a voluntary run charity which has been running since 2011. It was set up by Neil and Nicky Halford in memory of their son Ben who sadly died from cancer, he was age 5.The aim of the charity is to help create a more comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for children and their families in hospital or at home, by working alongside specialists to purchase equipment and refurbish areas to make a difference to children with an illness or disability.For more information on the charity please visit

Gemma and I are running the official Bath half for the second time ( we did a few virtual’s in-between covid and cancellations)  for Time is Precious. A fantastic local charity which helps so many local children. 

Gemma signed me up in 2020 which I did not want to do. It’s a decision she will live to regret because that girl is dragged out now rain or shine. I struggle to stop on anything other than a rounded up number ( something that drives her mad). 

We are aware you may not know both of us but it’s all for the same charity so feel free to personalise your message to just the intended person ( and if you know both of us chuck us a few extra quid 😉)  you have 9 paydays 😂 

We know the past few years has been so tricky not just for charities but for everyone so any donation will be very much appreciated by us and TIP.
