We are a mountain rescue team to serve the local community

Story

Last year I raised money for charity by doing something I'd never done before... Exercise.

This year I wanted to do something different for a great cause, so I'm going to be abseiling 180ft from the top of a dodgy old building in Oldham Town Centre. (Wearing a fetching helmet in full view of a bunch of people I don't know.)

Oldham Mountain Rescue is a brilliant local charity that provides life-saving support in all weathers. They're staffed by volunteers and funded by donations, so please give what you can. Xx
