UPDATE 2023: WE'RE BACK! The Big Walk has been rearranged and updated this year. We're following our own route and will walk from Aberavon RFC to Mumbles (and back into Swansea to make up the 26 miles and find a pub!)

We're taking part in Wales' longest & most challenging group charity walk. Supporting Prostate Cymru, The Big Walk takes place on 25th July 2020 between the Principality Stadium and Kenfig Hill RFC.

We will be walking as a trio; two knackered runners with one good knee between us and a walker who wants to take it to the next level.

The Big Walk returns for its 7th year on Saturday 25th July 2020.

Prostate Cymru is the leading prostate health charity in Wales.

Prostate cancer is #1 diagnosed cancer in men (UK) and affects 1 in 8 men in Wales.

Prostate Cymru has no government funding and is separate to Prostate Cancer UK. All money raised stays in Wales.
