I lost my step-father, the man who raised and loved me, this time last year. He passed away at the age of 67 after a short bitter battle with pancreatic cancer.

My family are not alone. There are 1000’s of families worldwide who are affected in one way or another by the evil of cancer. 

I can't swim channels or cross deserts to raise money but I can walk. So this year, I am going to walk the 50Km Easter Ultra Challenge in Windsor, aiming for a sub 9-hour time. 

I hope to do something every year to raise funds for such an important cause.
