<p><span style="color: #000000;"> <p><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">Hello everyone,</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">So maybe I have had a moment of madness (have been thinking about it for a while) most of you know I have been bitten by the swimming bug. So I have decided to through myself in a deep end (great pun). I am doing the Topsham to Turf estuary swim which raises money for the Estuary League of friend&rsquo;s charity <a href="http://www.estuary-league-of-friends.co.uk/"><span style="color: #800080;">http://www.estuary-league-of-friends.co.uk/</span></a>&nbsp;on the 6th of August 2011</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">This is quite a full on swim it is a mile and a half with drag. To say it is a challenge is an understatement. So I am stepping up my training and I know I can do it.
