Story
This means a lot to me & my purpose to help people when I can, as much as I can during my time here on this earth ! 💞🙏🎗Please read below;
I was born & raised here in South Florida once my entire family moved from NY. We always had a big, loving, loud Italian family which I absolutely adored.
My aunt was my number 1 hero & role model, Maureen “ MoMo”, more like a second mom. She was also the glue that kept the family together.
My grandma was the queen bee who held the family together for so many years, with my mother being the eldest of 6.
They both were diagnosed with cancer & did not survive this horrible battle. My uncle Mark also had been diagnosed under 40 years old. Breast cancer, which my grandmother had or any other type of cancer I would not wish upon anyone. The pain that you go though and your family is simply devastating and heartbreaking.
I want to utilize my energy, my network & my drive to continue to help those who are in need that are uninsured & underinsured fighting through this horrible fight of breast cancer .
I’ve been involved with Glam-a-THON for probably 6+ years now but became a board member once I got appointed in 2019. I have a huge heart and truly have a passion for helping when I can. If that means spreading the word & helping raise funds for those who need it .. who are fighting for their life, then sign me up!
I am on the board and have been putting my time and energy into helping collaborate new ideas and innovations of this amazing non profit that Tammy - a breast cancer survivor herself started over 14 years ago.
Please see below to donate & remember every dollar counts & goes directly towards local women & men fighting breast cancer out of Memorial Regional Hospital right here in Hollywood, FL.
Thank you so much 💓🙏💕
