I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon and the Great South Run in October to raise money for a charity called Bright based in surrey. Bright was set up in 1996 to support vital research for patients with gastrointestinal cancers, treated in St.Luke's cancer centre.

In June this year we lost somebody close to us becuase of this horrible disease. Richard Comley was diagnosed 2 years ago and throughout his treatment he remained strong, positive, happy and always put his family before everything else even though he was so poorly. He even used to put up with half of Farnham rugby team staying at his family's home every weekend after a few drinks!

For his strength, positivity and kindness I want to say thank you to him and his family by raising as much money as I can for Bright. Any donations will be greatly appriciated to help me raise as much as I possibly can.
