One YMCA exists to change and save lives across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Supporting 120,000 per year to escape homelessness, flee domestic abuse relationships, access independent sexual violence advisors, get mental health support through Signposts counselling, and overcome barriers in their lives on their journey to independence.

Just over 20 years ago for our 18th birthday, Alana and I abseiled down the Harlequin building! fast forward and we are now abseiling down the YMCA in our 40th year! It would be great if you could spare a few pounds towards YMCA!
