Covid has hit families hard and on top of this we are also dealing with food and gas price increases along with taxes going up next year - families who have worked hard all their lives may now find themselves in a position that they never believed could happen, through no fault of their own. We would like to not only raise money for this amazing charity to support as many people as we can during these difficult time and make their lives a little easier but to also spread some joy and happiness to all families this Christmas. Not everyone can afford to go and see Santa but we hope that this float provides families in all situations an opportunity to come together and feel some community Christmas magic. 

Our vision is for a UK without the need for food banks.We say this because it’s not right that anyone cannot afford their own food. That’s why we are working towards a just, compassionate future, where no one should have to use a food bank to get by. Our vision is ambitious, but we know that if we work together it is possible. We can create a future where nobody goes hungry, because nobody will allow it – when we work Together for Change.#TogetherForChange
