We are the only charity that provides mental, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families. We provide a 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline which provides free and confidential support services and this is complemented by our free Construction Industry Helpline App which offers expert guidance on a huge variety of wellbeing issues. We also offer free mental health and wellbeing training for the construction community.

It is often thought that strong people can deal with situations on their own forgetting that no person is an island and even the most resilient strongest need help and assistance and sometimes a willing ear. I see on daily basis the struggles that people go through with no idea that help is only a phone call away. At times this phone call is the hardest one to make. Most of us are too shy, proud and desperate to make this call and therefore I feel it is so important to raise awareness about this charity and encourage construction professionals to reach out. The industry is changing and so should we all, let's make the first step towards this change from within!
