In November I am being blessed with the great opportunity and wonderful experience  to go Trekking around Nepal with seven other amazing ladies! Those of you who know me well will be aware that I suffered from Domestic Violence for eights year in silence! It took a lot of guts and courage to walk out on my marriage with an 18 month baby.  I would never have been able to do this without the support I received from my family and friends. They were truly amazing and this helped make me the person I am now.  After 13 years of separation I have achieved my own house, career, car, my wonderful family and made even more amazing friends. My son is nearly a man himself at fifteen years old! I feel I have been very lucky in life and I would like to give back to those women who don’t have the same support network or courage to help walk away from domestic violence. So I am begging you, please support me as I raise money on this once in a lifetime adventure for a much needed charity
