Recently, in a flurry of post run endorphins I thought ‘I should do this every single day for a month’. So here we are.  

If you fancy chucking me a few quid to guilt trip me into success, I would be enormously grateful. I’m fundraising for an amazing charity called Tommy’s and I have decided to do as much of this as I can with my faithful running companion, Mr Ziggy Stardust (pictured above).
