Ride and Stride is an annual event that raises money for the County Historic Churches Trust with half raised by a particular group or individual going to their chosen church. The newly formed Wylye Wobblers comprising Revd Trudy, Sandy, Jenny, Justin, Annabel, Woody and Richard are excited about cycling from their own St John’s in Sutton Veny to Salisbury Cathedral and back again. It’s a distance of about 40 miles and we’ll be visiting various other beautiful Wylye Valley churches along the way. Trudy, Sandy, Jenny & Justin will head out on 10 September whilst Annabel, Woody & Richard will take on the challenge on 17 September. We’d all be thrilled if you felt you could sponsor us for this very good cause including our own beloved St John’s. Thank you very much!
