I'm Sandrine, 44 yo, and I'm suporting Sport in Mind as part of the London Landmarks Half Marathon.
Mental health is a big issue that affects anyone. We all have some good and bad days, we all have mental health.
I'm trully convinced that exercising may help to cope with your mental health. Physical activity improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function.
For me that works when I am overthinking and feeling anxious! Just having a fresh 10 min walk in a day can make a huge difference !
I am delighted to be raising money for Sport in Mind, whose mission is "To improve the lives of people experiencing mental health problems through sport and physical activity"
