Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Yes, I did it !! It was a beautiful sunny day in Bath & I completed the Bath Half in 3 hours...not fast.. butI I did it!!!! I feel quite overwhelmed by everyone's generosity & support.Thank you so much!

I can't believe that when I started running along the canal in May 2008 that I would be fit enough to run the Bath Half in March 2009. It has always been a goal of mine & I knew that one day I would run it.

About 6 months ago I saw a lifeline appeal on BBC1 for The Alzheimer's Research Trust. It was made by Cliff Richard & it felt like he was telling my Dad's story. Many of you know the heartache we felt as a family seeing the effects Alzheimers had on Dad over 10 years.If I can raise just something to help others I will be so pleased. I would appreciate you thinking of me on Sunday March 15th when I will be running in memory of my special Dad: Dacre Theodore Wicks.
