Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Welcome to The Towy Trek!!  A 17 mile sponsered walk through the beautiful upper Towy Valley starting and finishing in Llandovery.  The walk starts at 9.00am from the town centre car park and is on Saturday 11th September. (If anyone would like to join us and help to raise even more money, then please get in touch.  The more the merrier!)

The walk is in aid of the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) based in Milton Keynes and Rookwood Hospital in Cardiff our only spinal rehabilitation hospital in Wales.

Spinal Injuries is a charity which I am very passionate about.  My son suffered a spinal injury in January 2008 and is now confined to a wheelchair, both Rookwood and The SIA do great work for their members, from peer support to helping get people back to work.
