Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving 

I am going to walk 13.1 miles at night along with many others walkers who will be supporting St. Barnabas Hospice my reason is that in 1986 after fighting Cancer twice my Mum sadly had it return I was 21 and she fortunately saw me get married on my 21st Birthday in the July but it was obvious she did not have long she fought on to meet her first grandchild in the August and she loved Christopher from the start but sadly as we moved into September she found it hard to continue and moved into St.barnabas the staff were amazing and the family was always welcomed and made to feel there was someone we could talk too. Even after she passed they were available to support us in many ways. I feel by doing the walk and raising funds I am enabling some other family to recieve the love and support that my family was fortunate to recieve at a very difficult and sad time.
