My name is Sandie Squire I am raising funds in Memory of the following people firstly my Mother Janet Davies who died from Cancer aged 48yrs it is 27yrs since she passed not a day goes by without me thinking of her and how she never met her Granddaughter. I am also remembering my Dad Peter Brown who died March 26th this year and also Gill Lee who passed away on May 26th this year. I feel by doing this walk not only can I honour these Amazingly Brave people who fought so hard but some good will come of our losses in the sense that others can be made comfortable in their last days and families can recieve the support so needed as they spend time with their loved ones. It is hard to say Goodbye to our loved ones but with the Love and support from the Hospice Staff they will help us get through it. Please help me to raise as much as possible so others can be helped her is how the money can help

Just £4 Will pay for a morning or afternoon snack for a patient 

£40 Will cover the cost of a counselling session with a member of our Family Services Team

£400 Would cover the cost of a whole day of visits to our patients at home

£4,000 Would allow us to visit a patient at home every day for a month 

 

Please help me raise as much as possible I would love to help many other people who are going through the trauma of losing a loved family member, a friend. I know without the support of their care I would never have got through those end days with my Mum. Now I have sadly lost my Father and I am still hurting from it but wish to do my part to help this worthwhile charity.
