Lat year it was skydiving, this year its abseiling!!! to fundraise for PAPYRUS. This is a worthy cause I had the misfortune to come across 5 years ago.

Rachael was 29 years old when she died on 4th December 2016, surrounded by her family. She had spent four days on life support. Rachael died through suicide.

Rachael was a beautiful, funny, generous young woman. She loved her family and her new puppy Alfie. But she also had some demons that she battled with and eventually those demons won. Rachael had some mental health issues for a few years, she had good days and bad days. On her good days she would light up any room and be so much fun.....on her bad days she struggled to even get dressed.

PAPYRUS is the national Charity for the Prevention of Young Suicide. Suicide is the biggest killer of young people under the age of 35 in the UK. PAPYRUS provides confidential support and advice to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide, and anyone worried about a young person through their helpline, HOPELINEUK. Every £5 raised can help pay for a life-saving contact to HOPELINEUK. Your donations really are lifesaving, thank you.
