I am taking part in the Nuclear Rush 2015; a 12K obstacle race in the Essex countryside on the 16th May 2015. 

I am raising funds for Meadow House Hospice in Ealing who provide specialist palliative care services and excellent support to patients and families living with life-limiting illnesses.
