On 25^th July 2021, Roger and Sandie will be running the London 10k as part of ‘Team Becky’. (If covid thwarts our plans, we will revert to our 2020 Alton 10k course).

Since losing our beautiful young daughter Becky to SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy) in 2004, we have supported SUDEP Action in their tireless efforts to raise awareness of this silent killer which claims 3 young lives every day in the UK alone. Tragically, many people with epilepsy are still unaware of SUDEP although we know the majority of epilepsy deaths could be avoided with better awareness and management of risk. The last year has been very tough for SUDEP Action who, along with other non-covid charities, haven’t received any government funding - yet they have continued to support bereaved families and provide health tools to reduce SUDEP risk. We know that this last year has been tough for everyone but all donations in Becky’s memory will be enormously appreciated by us and SUDEP Action.
