When my Grandmother suffered a Stroke many years ago, it had a real effect on our family. I recently decided it would be great to do something for the Stroke Association, I checked their website and read about all the fantastic work they do to improve the awareness of Strokes and the effects they can have on families.

So I have decided I wanted run the BUPA Great Manchester Run on May 26th 2013 to help them raise money to help them continue with their great work.
