I'm taking part in Cycle Andalusia for Penny Appeal's Emergency Response. I will be taking on this tough new challenge, cycling 200km for four days exploring the Islamic history of Andalusia, to help people who are facing crisis, war and displacement. Help us protect and save thousands of families from the devastating effects of natural disasters and conflict.
