I am running in support of St John's Hospice because during my lifetime, several family members have had assistance from the hospice for palliative care. The level of care and professionalism made me realise how essential their services are for many families like mine. I am keen to give something back to St John's as I understand how much the hospice rely on donations to continue to provide a high standard of care.
Sue Ryder supports people through the most difficult times of their lives. Whether that’s a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition – they’re there when it matters. Their doctors, nurses and carers give people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can.
Every donation is extremely appreciated and matters. £145 could pay for a hospice nurse for a day, £60 could pay for an advice session for families, £21 could pay for one hour of expert care.
