From what I have seen he was an amazing boy with so much fight and kindness determined at such a young age to use his situation to raise awareness and money to help future children and families that had to go through what him and his family went though. Since his passing his dad Martin has carried on samuels fight. What a brave family. Please give what you can to show them Samuel is still touching hearts of people that were never blessed enough to meet him.
