I am going to be participtating in my 1st LONDON SKYRIDE this weekend and I have not riden for nye on 25yrs but I am doing it for a worthwhile cause THE BRITISH LUNG FOUNDATION/BREATHEASY CHARITY in memory of my mother Mary Plested who passed away aged just 59yrs on the 28th November 2008 after many years struggling with COPD / lung problems. The charity provided her and my father with much needed help and support during the final 2 years of her life and for that my family will be eternally grateful and so now I would like to do something for them and with your help I can reach my target on this occasion of £1000.
