Cancer has yet again reared its ugly head in connection with someone I love and care about a great deal and although there's nothing I can do directly,. So me and Gemma Nolan are going to run like hell to do 50K EACH in 5 days. 🤮 That's 50K EACH so 100k in total.

We both strongly dislike running to put it politely and this is not our comfort zone so we will run 50k each across 5 days starting with Monday 29th of June to 3rd of July. 50% of people will get cancer but 100% of people will be affected it doesn't discriminate or care what else you have going on it rocks up and takes over. please help us push that number down until its 0% for both. X
