Story

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about lifes problems.

Steven and I lost a dear friend last year to suicide. David was one of the most caring, kindest gentle giants you could have ever met. He always asked without fail how you were and took a huge interest in everyone and their loved ones. He was someone you could have always turned to for advice and guaranteed when in his company would give you the biggest bear hug ever.

David was also my best friends brother. A true gentleman, much loved brother, son, uncle husband and Dad. He will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. This one is for him, we want to raise awareness for this charity which is a free confidential helpline/webchat that is in place for anyone who needs to talk or who is feeling they are at crisis point.

We will be climbing Ben Nevis together on Sunday 25th July 2021.

Forever in our hearts and always in our thoughts David. 💙
