Story
On Saturday 2nd August 2014 I will be taking part in the London Triathlon to raise money for Epilepsy Bereaved in memory of my cousin Emily Sumaria who passed away at the age of 19 in December 2012.
Epilepsy Bereaved are a great charity who work to research and prevent deaths from SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy) and other epilepsy deaths. They also help support families and friends who have suffered bereavement this way.
There will be a 1km swim, 20km bike ride and a 5km run between myself and the finish line, however l'm going to try my best to sprint over the finish line smiling!
Any contribution would be AMAZING and l would be forever grateful!
Thank you so much xxx
