Hey again Guys & Girls..

Me & Amy will be running The Great Eastern Run (13.2 Miles) in October!

We are running it for a charity called Cleft Lip & Palate Association (CLAPA) ..

We would love for this charity to get more recognition & boost its way up to help out everyone who has had and has a cleft lip to pay for there surgery, etc.
