I said I wouldn't...but I'm doing it again. This Father's Day I will once again be cycling from London to Brighton in memory of my Dad, Doug. 

In December 2005 he suffered a fatal heart attack, caused by a genetic heart condition he didn't know he had. There are currently 7 million people living with heart disease in the UK, and the British Heart Foundation are working towards a world in which people do not die prematurely or suffer from cardiovascular disease.

This year I will be joined by the wonderful Jay Manley, and together we would love to raise as much money as possible to support this amazing charity!
