SES are partnered with the Young Women's Trust to drive equality in the Construction industry, unlock young women's potential, smash career stereotypes, and build equal workplaces. 20 wonderful SES & Wates volunteers have pledging their time to provide support, advice and feedback to disadvantaged young women seeking employment. The Young Women’s Trust’s Work It Out programme, matches our fab volunteers to their network to give advice and feedback on young women’s CVs and job applications, helping them to identify their strengths and secure interviews. Your donation will ensure the continued success of the Work It Out program and offers an easy way to demonstrably support our Diversity and Inclusion Plan.
