I'm taking part in Chase the Sun - North on June 18th. Setting off at 4am, we'll be cycling for 205 miles from Whitley Bay to Ayr with the aim of beating the sun before it sets on the West coast.

I've been training for this since January but it will still be a huge huge challenge!
