Deloitte Scotland will once again take part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival this year across the weekend of 27^th/28th May to raise money for our Edinburgh 5 Million Futures charity partner, the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH).

SAMH is our charity partner in Edinburgh and has been dedicated to promoting good mental health, supporting people in need, and ending the stigma and discrimination attached to mental health problems in Scotland for over 100 years. We are very excited to be funding and supporting a new SAMH service for young people in Scotland - The Individual Placement Service (IPS) for people aged 16+. The money our athletes will raise will directly fund the set-up and operation of this service, benefitting young people in our local community.

Over the last few years over 100 Deloitte Scotland employees have taken part in the EMF weekend, fulfilling personal goals, whilst supporting great causes. This year is no different and we have strong team of over 30 runners taking part in either the 5k, 10k, half marathon or the full marathon.

Our team is now in the last stretch of their training, and it’s time to push on our fundraising efforts!

Any donations large or small would be hugely appreciated and will be matched by Deloitte, with the confidence that each pound raised will make a great difference.
