I'm running the Palestine Marathon with #TeamJAK

Palestine Marathon and Half Marathon 2019 · 22 March 2019 ·
I pray that you are reading this in good health. I'm looking to take part in the marathon which will be held in Palestine, I intend to run half a marathon which is a very big thing (probably the most I have ever ran). I appreciated the support I got in terms of fundraising when I took part in tough mudder, and I have no doubt people will show support In this mission as well.
I have made intentions to try and raise £2000 for this charity. Some of you might consider £2000 to be alot. But i believe that it is merely not enough. Considering the place, the charity, the Institute that I intend to run for is not only an Institute which has produced over 300+ scholars, it's also an Institute which has changed the lives of many, it's an Institute which has given the Muslims of the UK a chance. A chance to understand their religion as to what it is and who we are as Muslims.
I can truly say the goal of Jamia al karam isn't to gain any worldly benefits, nor is it for them to be recognised. But simply their goal is to improve the state of the prophets (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ummah. They always highlight the character of the prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) which is evidently shown in how they appeal for funds in order to keep the Institute running, as a service for the Muslims of Britain.
This is why I am raising money for the Institute. I pray that Allah blesses you all and allows such a great, genuine Institute to revive the hearts of this ummah. Ameen.
