Thanks to those of you who supported me last year and are coffing up again. For the rest of you it is time to make a difference and spend 2 mins leaving  a donation, no matter how small it all goes to a worthy cause. 

For those of you who have military connections you will know how much H4H need your donations and value your support. You have the easy bit...leave a donation and I will run the London Marathon. It is the least you and me can do. At the end of the day the money may up supporting someone YOU know.

This year I hope to complete the 26.2 miles in under 3hrs 30 and raise over £1000...so it's going to be tough but I can do it with your support.
