Myself and my lovely friends and colleagues, Paul Hope Jade Balmer and Stacey Ewins (please see my picture!) have all taken on the challenge to run this years 10k Macmillan Fun Run at Regent Park, London on 19th June 2011. Our team name: 'On Your Marks!'

I thought this would be a brilliant challenge to be involved in, something to work towards and, more importantly, be able to run in memory of those in my family who I love and have lost yet miss so much.

Training has begun... and there's not long to go!
