This opportunity is very close to my heart, I work on the careteam at Ty Hafan and have worked with amazing children and their families. We are covering 79km over a 5 day trek to raise awareness and funds for this amazing hospice. We are a charity run hospice and the daily work the staff do at Ty Hafan is just inspirational. The children are so inspiring and the family's have alot to deal with on a daily basis. We at the hospice strive to put a smile on the children's face, look after the families in good times and bad and work effortlessly to make sure we do all we can to make the families feel at ease and at home. If you can help me reach my goal, that would be amazing. 

Ty Hafan is a leading Welsh childrens charity which provides comfort, care and support to children with life-limiting conditions, along with their families. Through their vibrant hospice and diverse community programmes, they offer families short-break care and help them make the most of the time theyhave together; creating precious memories and ensuring a short life is a full life. And when a child is close to the end of their life, Ty Hafan becomes a familys safe haven, by their side during their most difficult time.
