As many of you are aware approximately 18 months ago my big brother passed away.  In his memory I will be taking on the 26 mile challenge of the London marathon in April. 

Simon was a loving, intelligent young man who couldn't find peace within the world.  He struggled for many years in dealing with his emotions, feeling as if he didn't fit correctly.  3 days before his 38th birthday he took his own life, leaving behind his family and many friends, all of whom miss him every day.

Depression, anxiety and trauma will effect many of you at some point in your life. Please sponsor me and at the same time help others who suffer with similar symptoms as Simon did.
