Did just over 5 miles with Jo last night and we ran over half of it.  We are very impressed with ourselves.  We've got just under 8 weeks to go so hopefully we can improve on the running although its bloody hard work!! When we first started training we were happy just to walk the 10 miles but its kinda funny, we both got the same buzz and the more training we do, the more we want to run as much of the 10 mile as we can.  Hopefully we will make bigger improvements over the next few weeks.  Just wanna say thanks to JoJo for being such a fab training buddy!! xx

Last weekend little Gracie snuggled next to me on the sofa and I gave her a bottle of milk ... it was a lovely moment and melted my heart.  Bless her ... she is absolutely gorgeous and I hope to raise as much money as I can.

Did a 6 mile power walk this evening. Running 10 miles seems a long way off but still got 2 more months to train. Really enthused by the amount of money I've raised so far. Thanks so much to everyone who has sponsored me.

My best friends little girl Gracie was born on 10th January 2010 and diagnosed with CF 10 days later.  Those of you that know me know how unbelievable this diagnosis has been.  She has had a difficult first year, has struggled to put on weight and the lowest point was was her first admission on New Years day for IV's just 10 days before her first birthday.

Having  worked with the CF Clinic at Southampton for over 20 years I know what a fantastic service they offer.  The CF Trust has supported our service for many years.
