I decided to stop being a wimp and sign up to The Great South Run in memory of my friend Frankie. 

As many of you know Im not a runner but I wanted to raise some money for a great charity and try to prevent another group of friends or family from experiencing the pain of losing a loved one due to the effects of a mental illness. 

The run takes place in Portsmouth, where we went to uni together, our 3rd year house faced one of the roads on the route. Frankies room was at the front of the house and the bay windows made a perfect place to cheer and clap on the runners. So we did, for 3 hours at 10 in the morning, which may have annoyed our other housemates suffering from your typical uni hangover.  

This is one of many beautiful memories we experienced with a beautiful young lady. 

Any donations will be greatly appreciated and put to amasing use.
