Story

Guess what…?

I’m jumping out of a plane for Cancer research!

(Did I forget to mention that I don’t like heights… or planes….!)

So here it is, the conclusion to my 2012 charity goals, and I’ve decided along with some very good friends to throw myself (or be pushed) out of a plane in the name of Cancer Research.

We are jumping on Saturday 18 August 2012 in Maidstone, Kent.

I’m not sure how to describe the idea of a skydive, some people are excited and others want to cry a little, I’m swinging on the tearful side.

I couldn’t think of anything worse to do, than to jump out of a plane – but that’s why I think this is the BEST thing for me to do, I want you to see how much this cause means to me, its part of me, my world, my soul.

Please, please, help support me and leave me a donation – as little as £1 can go miles, every single penny counts!!!

I love charity fundraising and it is such a massive part of my life after I heartbreakingly lost my dear mum at the age of 18 to Lung and Liver Cancer.

I have chosen to live in way that I hope my mother would be proud of me and I hope that my fundraising would be part of that, and that YOU can help me reach my 2012 goals.

This year I hosted a Pole Jam and Fundraiser on Saturday 26 May 2012 at Taylors Pole Retreat with the help of my friend Agatha and Taylors owner Ben Turner.

With over 150 people attending the day we had a HUGE raffle with over £5’000.00 worth of prizes, cake stand, Bar, BBQ, DJ, Ice cream, AGY, Pole and 6 absolutely beautiful performers, the day was a huge success as we raised an astounding £2050.17.

These funds are being put into my 2012 pot and this is concluding right here with a Charity SkyDive, where I would personally like to aim for another £1000.00 (yes, im aiming for th sky!)

I have a lovely team of people joining me on this Charity Sky Dive and we are individually raising for Cancer Research to make 2012 the best year yet, their pages are below:

Some of the most amazing, kind hearted and good spirited people have been or are affected personally by Cancer and I would like to take moment to send my love to those people, whether its past, present or even in the future, never forget that people love you, people support you and we will always fight with you.

I raise for Cancer Research UK.

I stand here to say, let’s fight this

I stand here to say, let’s do anything and everything we can to help fight Cancer

Because Together, we can beat cancer.
