On Sunday 21st April 2024, we will both be running the London Marathon. Neither of us have ever run a marathon before. So there is definitely excitement but also the thought “what on earth have we signed up for”!

We are running to raise money for a charity which is close to both of our hearts, Kidney Wales.

Sam has had issues with his kidneys in the past, having needed operations due to a non functioning kidney. And Dave has been admitted to hospital with a severe kidney infection. So we thought this was a great charity to get on board with and raise as much money as we can.

We are both training hard around fixing cars and mending teeth. Both of us are running different Parkruns in the area and we are signed up for the Cardiff 10k and Cardiff Half Marathon in preparation for the big day!

We would really appreciate any donations you could give for this fantastic charity. Also watch out for some fundraising events we are planning over the next few months to help raise money!
