In March 2019 our son Teddy was admitted to Birmingham Children’s Hospital with Bronchiolitis, a common respiratory  problem in children under 2.

Nothing could prepare us for what was to come over the next 9 months. Ted has had numerous admissions to hospital and spent many nights being cared for by the incredible staff at the hospital. 

The hardest part was the time we spent in the Intensive Care Unit and watching our little Ted be intubated to ensure he did not suffer a cardiac arrest. 

Running this 10k for the hospital doesn’t even come close to saying thank you for the care he has and continues to receive but if it makes a small difference then it will be worth it! Please help me support this incredible place.
